Serapio grew up in New York with a healthy diet of cartoons, comics, toys and video games.  He's a professional character design artist behind many kid's cartoons of the animation industry for over nineteen years experience on over seventeen television productions and an animated feature film.  Known for adapting to different styles, he specializes in designing charming heroes, funny animals, silly monsters and warrior robots.  Serapio has been very fortunate to work for four of the top leading animation studios - Disney Television Animation, Warner Bros., Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network.
